We current ship to New Zealand and Australia.
The delivery cost will be provided when checking out of the shopping cart.
The Shepherd aims to dispatch items as soon as possible. This should be within 1-3 business days via NZ Post. An email will be sent to you with the tracking number once this has been allocated.
Refunds and Returns
We are not required to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. If you are not satisfied with your order, please make sure you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
If you wish to return a product, it must be in the condition that we sent it to you in and with original packaging intact. Please email us first so that we may consider your request.
NOTE : For hygiene reasons, The Shepherd will not accept returns of whistles unless there is a fault with the goods.
