Victory Skinning Knife 15cm High Carbon Steel

Victory High Carbon Skinning Knife 15cm, made from quaility high carbon Japanese steel. 

Important/Cleaning- Carbon Steel blades should be hand washed and thoroughly dried and oiled (we recommend vegetable oil) after use to prevent rusting. Carbon Steel blades should not be cleaned using a dishwasher. Victory Carbon Steel knives come with an epoxy coating. To remove this, wash with a solvent.  

Please note

• Steel your knife very regularly to help retain the edge
• Wash and dry after use (dishwasher is not recommended)
• Store in a dry place 
• Carbon steel knives should be oiled immediately after use to prevent corrosion
